Webpage Iteration

I was tasked with revising our existing web pages. This iteration focused on addressing key issues identified from internal testing and user feedback. The main challenges included: The original pages lacked sufficient information, failing to adequately explain our services to customers. Also, There were problems with accessibility and visual consistency across the site.

First Iteration

In the first iteration, I began by sketching layouts for the initial draft to emphasize our main services. After consulting with Mark, I selected new typography and colors, ensuring they met WCAG standards to enhance accessibility. By integrating AI with our brand elements, we created compelling images and introduced 3D icons and visuals to accentuate the modern and technological aspects of the web pages. I also added detailed descriptions for each function to provide more comprehensive information.

Problem

  1. Some interactions proved challenging to implement on the front end.

  2. There was inconsistency in the visual presentation.

  3. The excessive text led to viewer fatigue, potentially causing impatience and loss of interest.

Second Iteration

After discussing with the product manager, I simplified the overall design to emphasize the "Less is more" principle. I continued to use AI to generate 3D styling images, ensuring each component had clear boundaries. I implemented SPLINE to enhance interactive animations for the iPhone model and aperture to increase viewer interaction. Additionally, I strategically placed call-to-action buttons in prominent locations on each page to guide users to the next step.

Due to stringent banking regulations, our funding approval has consistently failed to pass, resulting in the OTO Pay project being put on hold.
